Refund policy

THE EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

• Due to the delicate nature of the materials & accessories used in our pieces, we kindly ask the customers to try on their items) while the courier is present.
• If the customer would like to return the items), please give it back to the courier on spot.
• Once the courier has left the premises, the customer can only exchange the items) within 48 hours.
• Please note we will not accept any refunds once the courier has left.
